Coverage

Every network. Every handset.

Direct interconnect to South Africa's mobile operators, with automatic failover between routes. If one network slows, your message takes another road — you still get one report.

How your message routes
01 Direct interconnect Traffic hands straight to Vodacom, MTN, Cell C and Telkom — no daisy-chain of resellers between you and the handset.
02 Automatic failover If a route slows or drops, the message re-routes to another and you still get exactly one delivery report.
03 One report, four channels WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and USSD land in the same reporting view, timestamped message by message.
04 Opt-outs honoured Suppression lists are applied on every send, across every channel, before the first message leaves the queue.

Trusted by South African brands

Since 2002

Campaign and transactional messaging for South African brands and the agencies that run their promotions. We currently operate the WhatsApp entry line for the Mr Muscle® 2026 Consumer Promotion on behalf of S.C. Johnson & Son of South Africa (Pty) Ltd, alongside long-standing work for Coca-Cola, MTN, Tiger Brands, Spar, Avon, Eskom, Sasol and Roman's Pizza.

Mr Muscle 2026 Consumer Promotion, for SC Johnson.

We operate the WhatsApp Business entry line for the Mr Muscle® 2026 Consumer Promotion — the national till-slip competition organised by S.C. Johnson & Son of South Africa (Pty) Ltd with Promidea (Pty) Ltd and VaultBook (Pty) Ltd. Shoppers buy two Mr Muscle products, photograph the till slip and send it to 078 760 4132 on WhatsApp. The line carries the client's brand name, and Stouf runs the prompts, verification handling and entry reporting behind it.

What we do

One platform for every message you send.

From a one-off competition line to millions of transactional messages a month. Pick a service to see how it works — then tell us your volumes and we'll quote you.

The channel your customers already use, run properly: a verified sender, approved templates and a real inbox behind it. Start a conversation with a template, then carry it live within the session window.

  • Verified business profile and display name
  • Template and session messaging
  • Buttons, lists, media and documents
  • Two-way replies routed to your team or system
  • Competitions, fundraisers and voting on your own line

The workhorse. Send hundreds or millions of messages from our user-friendly system, or automate the lot through your own platform. Reaches every handset on every network — no app, no data.

  • Send yourself or fully automate
  • Full delivery reports on every message
  • Scheduling, recurring sends and sender ID
  • Two-way replies and keyword handling
  • Free sample code to get started

Your own dedicated shortcode — the *120*288# kind — driving menu journeys that work on the most basic phone, with no airtime for data and nothing to install.

  • Dedicated shortcode registered to you
  • Menu-driven entries, votes, donations and surveys
  • Works on every handset in the country
  • Live entry and session reporting
  • Rate-per-entry options for competitions

One-time pins, balance alerts and service notifications on priority routing, with retries and failover across networks so the message lands while it still matters.

  • Priority routing ahead of bulk traffic
  • Automatic retry and cross-network failover
  • Timestamped audit trail per message
  • Throughput sized to your peaks
  • Delivery callbacks into your system

A simple HTTP web service for sending from your own applications, or a direct SMPP bind for volume. We set up the account, you connect and send — and we hand over sample code so nobody guesses.

  • HTTP API for web and desktop applications
  • SMPP bind for high-volume traffic
  • Delivery receipts and two-way callbacks
  • Sample code and setup support included
  • Use our API or we adapt to yours

Send and receive SMS from the email client your team already has open. No training, no new system — an address becomes a send channel and replies land back in the inbox.

  • Send SMS straight from Outlook or Gmail
  • Replies returned to the sending inbox
  • Per-user permissions and limits
  • Full reporting alongside every other channel

We manage the database of numbers behind your campaigns: cleaned, de-duplicated, invalid data removed, opt-outs honoured — and a full report back to you every time.

  • Number cleaning and validation
  • De-duplication across lists
  • Opt-out suppression on every send
  • Full reporting after each clean

Mobile surveys, voting lines, donation lines and market research run over SMS, USSD or WhatsApp — with the results collected, deduplicated and reported as they come in.

  • Mobile surveys and market research
  • Voting and donation SMS lines
  • Live results dashboards
  • Entry validation and fraud checks
